Jennifer Victoria Gabuyo
Human Resource Business Partner
V2X Company
Jennifer Victoria Gabuyo works as a Human Resource Business Partner with V2X company headquartered in McLean, Virginia, a Defense Contractor supporting our military with global services in 21 countries. Before coming to the US as an immigrant, she worked as an OFW (Overseas Filipino Worker). She came from a family of OFWs and, as expected, after finishing college with a Bachelor of Arts Degree she tried her luck and went to Kuwait. This opened many doors that led her to the Human Resources arena, where she has been since 2007.
The experiences gained during those times gave her a deeper understanding of the plight of her fellow OFWs. To be able to impart her experiences and give a representation to the rest of her fellow OFW’s is her advocacy. Her small way of looking back to her roots and humble beginnings, allows her to give back to the community within her reach, the best way she can.
