Romielyn Joson is the CEO and founder at WEALTH in BEAUTY, LLC. As a previous multiple business owner in the construction and wedding industries, she amassed valuable entrepreneurial abilities and leading independent skincare consultants to live life in the beauty of their dreams. With her existence mission of servitude, Romielyn has earned a most coveted spot amongst the Top 2% of Rodan + Fields Independent Consultants globally. In addition, she has been honored as a Rodan + Fields Prescription for Change Foundation finalist for her philanthropic work with providing footwear to homeless youth locally and internationally. A firm believer of Jesus and his love, Romielyn has served in mission trips ensuring no one misses God’s grace. She is blessed with two thriving children, and a wife to a fantastic cook and basketball fanatic. Quick to draw a dance-move over a beat, she is fond of a balanced Crossfit workout.

Lois Pagaspas Klavir is a Vice President and Senior Business Relationship Manager at JP Morgan Chase Business Banking Division, where she acquires, manages, and grows account relationships with complex business clients with annual revenues of $5MM to $20MM. Lois serves the San Fernando Valley area, East Ventura County, and the rest of LA County. Lois ranked as the #1 SBA lender in LA North and Top 5 in California for Chase Bank’s SBA loan production for 2 straight years, in 2019 and 2020. Lois specializes in owner-occupied real estate financing, business loans, lines of credit, business credit cards, merchant services, treasury services, and business deposits.
Lois started her 21-year banking career at the Investment Banking and Corporate Banking Groups of the Philippine National Bank in Pasay, Metro Manila.
Lois has been passionately serving the community since 2017. She is the President-Elect for 2022-2023 and VP Events (2020-2021) of the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce Greater LA (FACCGLA.org). Lois is also one of the Founding Board Members and VP for Membership for the Coalition of Filipino American Chambers of Commerce (COFACC).
Lois graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Arts Major in Economics at the University of Santo Tomas and completed her MBA at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
Lois, the oldest of four siblings, was born in Manila, grew up in Novaliches, Quezon City. Her father hails from Batangas and her mother from Nueva Ecija.
Lois loves dancing, yoga, Pilates, indoor cycling, and working out virtually with her brother Coach Paul FIT. She enjoys her weekends with her husband Jeff taking a drive in the canyon, walking by the beach, cooking his favorite steak or burgers, and baking.
