Arthur Bides was born and raised in Florida and is of Filipino heritage. He graduated from the University of Florida, earning his B.S. in Civil Engineering. Arthur is a Senior Project Manager at a Water/Wastewater engineering firm. He has served on several non-profit boards in the Jacksonville area. Arthur is the 1 st Vice President and Treasurer for the Filipino American Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce. He is married and has two daughters, ages 7 and 9. His hobbies include scuba diving, woodworking, and volunteering for community organizations.
Suzette Broderick
Suzette is an attorney with the Broderick Law Group, a law office that handles personal injury law. Her journey in law is not only seeking justice but also understanding the fabric of the community, the businesses and the people. One thing she learned in her career is the importance of working behind the scenes. The most impactful changes often happen in the background, through diligent work, thoughtful strategy and relentless dedication. This philosophy deeply influences her approach to servicing as the Secretary. In her role, she is committed to bringing a meticulous eye for detail, a steadfast commitment to our members welfare and passion for seeing our community thrive.
Alger Brion
Alger L. Brion is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and has been in the skilled nursing home industry for the last 27 years. He is currently the chief operating officer of Rosecrans Care Center and Vermont Healthcare Center.
He is also the president of Milwood Healthcare, Inc. He was the past president of One La Salle Alumni of SOCAL. He attended school at Don Bosco Technical Institute in Makati, De La Salle University and Pepperdine University.
Alger has a Bachelor of Arts degree major in Economics and a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Management of Financial Institutions. He also has an MBA degree.

She specializes in residential, multi-units, commercial, assisted living facilities, and other investments. She has excelled in her field and has received many awards throughout her career. She is a dedicated realtor providing excellent service and expertise to her clients.

Ensures that effective internal controls are in place and compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules in financial and tax reporting.

My Chamber background started ten years ago with Long Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, one of the largest Chamber of Commerce in the U.S, where I was a Board of Director for six years. As Vice President of the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Los Angeles, my past Chamber BOD experience, my expertise in business operations, Finance and Accounting, and best practices both from large to medium size companies, and as entrepreneur, can contribute and further the mission of FACCGLA.
