A dedicated servant leader with deep roots in both the Philippines and Brownsville, Texas, Joseph Modesto is committed to making a positive impact on his community. He is the loving husband of Dr. Olivia Panganiban Modesto, Associate Professor at Texas A&M Kingsville, and a proud father of four with two grandchildren. Joseph’s extensive involvement includes serving as an Ordained Elder at River Church RGV, leading as President & CEO of Dream Therapy Center and Compassion Home Health Care, and Auditor for PACC-RGV. His civic engagement extends to board positions with the Filipino American Association of Brownsville, Texas, and the Brownsville Convention and Visitors Bureau, as well as Advisory Member on the THHSC-Medical Care Advisory Committee.
