
Catherine “Corie” Aguinaldo is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry with over 20 years of experience. She is a realtor at Weichert SoCal Living. Her journey began in the escrow field, where she spent a decade handling various aspects of residential sales, new home subdivisions, and refinances. Over the past decade, she transitioned into real estate closings, successfully facilitating over 8,000 residential and commercial transactions. Corie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from San Diego State University. Born in Manila, Philippines, Corie immigrated to the United States in 1987, settling in San Diego, California. Fluent in Tagalog, she maintains strong ties to her cultural roots and actively engages with the Filipino community. Throughout her career, Corie has demonstrated a passion for service, volunteering her time with organizations such as Gawad Kalinga, where she participated in building homes for the underprivileged in the Philippines. Her community involvement extends to leadership roles, having served as ambassador for the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce Greater San Diego and as a board member for PhilAm Bid. In addition to her professional and community endeavors, Corie finds joy in motherhood, cherishing moments with her 12-year-old son, Nathan Riley. Her interests outside of work include travel, scuba diving, immersing herself in nature, and nurturing relationships with family and friends.

MJ earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Centro Escolar University Manila, Philippines. After many years of employment as a Business Administrator in the Dental healthcare industry, she decided to change her career path to hone her skills as an artist. The art of permanent makeup resonated deeply with her passion. From a young age, MJ’s artistic talents evolved from sketching and painting to permanent makeup. This journey inspired her to open her own business Color Me Ink in Cedar Park, Texas.
The trust and confidence her clients placed in her fueled her mission: to enhance natural beauty by restoring a youthful look through cosmetic tattoos. MJ continues to deliver everyone’s “dream but natural look”, in the world of permanent makeup. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to join Region V, Philippine American Chamber of Commerce in Austin Texas. After her term as an executive board Secretary, she now holds the position of Executive Board Auditor which aligns well with her many years of professional work experience.
