What to Expect
Be Prepared to Interact and Engage
We’ve organized the event to give you the MOST out of your mixer experience.
Virtual events allow us to stay connected, but for our COFACC Mega Mixer we want to take that opportunity to connect to the next level! By using this technology to create meaningful interactions, we give you an opportunity to really network and shine!
Event Format
The event is broken in three parts:
Part 1 –
Starting off in the “main” room, we’ll hear welcome remarks from our President Gerry Palon, an introduction of our Board of Directors, and a word from our event sponsors.
Part 2 –
This is the main activity of the event. Everyone in attendance will be randomly broken out into a group of 4 and placed in a breakout room together. When in the breakout room, there will be two segments, as follows:
- Segment 1) Each Person in their Group of 4 gets 5 Minutes to formally introduce themselves and give information on where they are from, who they represent, what they do, share a story ect….It’s a getting to know you part of the session.
- Segment 2) Each Person in their Group of 4 now gets 10 minutes to Teach/Workshop to their group. Teach not Preach. Provide Value.
This gives everyone a chance to get know, be heard and demonstrate value!
Part 3 –
We come back to the “main” room and wrap up the mixer with closing remarks and a raffle!
