PACCTX Central Texas Region held their 2nd TOFSA Gala and Baguio City and San Antonio Friendship City Signing last October 21, 2022. TOFSA (The Outstanding Filipinos of San Antonio Award) aims to recognize Filipinos in San Antonio whose selfless dedication to profession or vocation has resulted in significant contributions to the welfare of their fellowmen and the advancement of their fields of endeavor.
