“LET’S SPLASH INTO SPRING!”

Welcome Spring!
Spring is the season of new beginnings — during which the natural world revives and reinvigorates after the colder winter months. During spring, dormant plants begin to grow again, new seedling sprout out of the ground and hibernating animals awaken. In spring, flowers bloom, leaves bud, birds build nests and the backyards fills with life. One of the most obvious signs of spring’s arrival is the appearance of flowers. Even before the snow melted, tiny crocuses can often be seen peeking out, making the statement that spring is, indeed, approaching.
To many people, spring brings renewed hope. As spring comes upon us and with the sprouting of new life, COFACC is looking forward to the promise that Spring brings. We remain steadfast in our commitment to support our Chambers and conduct with programs in line with our Vision and Mission.
COFACC already has had a number of exciting events last month and have projects lined up for Spring and for the rest of the year. We have new programs, new ideas, new movements, renewed enthusiasm and new opportunities. Here are a few events that happened in late March:
On March 24, 2022, COFACC co-hosted the Philippine Consulate General Office Los Angeles, CA the in-person event,- “Healthcare Information Management Systems, and Business Process Management (HIMS-BPM) Business Roadshow,” from 2:00pm-6:00pm at the Warner Center Chamber of Commerce building in Woodland Hills, CA. Participants had the chance to meet in person various Business Process Outsourcing companies in the Philippines who are looking for partners/clients in the US.
On March 12, 2022, PACC Texas presented a virtual conference “Celebrating Women Inspiring Change” in celebration of the International Women’s week.
Congratulations to FACC-NSD for their successful Leadership Awards and Installation Gala held on March 19, 2022 at the Town & Country Resort in San Diego. Proceeds of this fund raising dinner will go to STEM “Talino” Scholarship Program .
Congratulations to FACC-GLA for a very successful “Installation of Officers Gala Nigh and Fundraising held on Sunday, March 20, 2022, on “Fantasy Yacht,” at Marina del Rey. The fundraising proceeds will benefit “Rescue Mission.
We now offer “free advertisements for Writers of Hexagon!” This is an incentive for members to write about their businesses, community involvement, personal and professional growth, or any information that will help the Chamber members.
