The January 16 Expo gives small businesses, professional-service providers, community organizations, and strategic partners a place to introduce their work, meet attendees, and build new relationships.

Expo hours: 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 16

Exhibit Table Early Bird Rates

Available September 1 through November 30, 2026

  • COFACC member chambers or qualified member business

$125 per table

  • Nonmember business or organization

$150 per table

Regular exhibitor rates beginning December 1, 2026 will be announced separately.
Exhibit registration closes January 5, 2027, or earlier if all spaces are reserved.

  • Package Inclusions:
  • One exhibit table in the designated Expo area
  • Organization or business name in the exhibitor listing
  • Access to the public Expo period for designated representatives
  • Opportunity to distribute approved materials and engage attendees
  • Lunch and Gala admission are not included. Electricity, custom displays, shipping, extra space, and other special requirements must be requested separately and may involve additional charges. Exhibit space is limited and subject to venue approval.
