IAABE 2026 features a two-day program combining plenary sessions, workshops, international trade expo activities, matchmaking, networking, and a gala celebration. The schedule below follows the official IAABE program outline.

Official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Ceremonial opening of the IAABE 2026 Business Expo and International Pavilion area.

9:40 AM – 11:10 AM

Opening Day Plenary: International Economic Vision Roundtable

High-level plenary featuring a keynote video greeting by California State Treasurer Fiona Ma, remarks by Mr. David Siew, and a Consul Generals Roundtable focused on trade, investment, tourism, and international partnerships.

11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Business Expo and International Pavilion Open to the Public

Attendees may visit exhibitors, sponsors, business resource partners, and country pavilion participants. Cultural performances and business networking activities will take place throughout the Expo floor.

Consular trade representatives and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council will discuss country-specific trade opportunities, market access, and international business pathways.

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Forum 2: Export Financing and U.S. Commercial Opportunities Forum

EXIM Bank representatives and a Department of Commerce speaker will discuss export financing, risk mitigation, U.S. commercial support, and business growth opportunities.

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Transition Break / Sponsor and VIP Engagement

Informal transition period before the Welcome Reception.

Welcome Reception & Networking

A forum featuring American University for Health Sciences leadership and discussion on health sciences, education, workforce readiness, and future-ready talent.

Forum 5: Capital, Digital Finance & Business Growth Forum

A business growth forum focused on access to capital, digital finance, banking solutions, CDFI lending, and cross-border financial services.
