Lois is a Vice President and Senior Business Relationship Manager at JP Morgan Chase Bank Business Banking Division, where she acquires, manages and grows account relationships with complex business clients with annual sales of $5MM to $25MM. Lois serves the San Fernando Valley area, East Ventura County, West LA, Downtown LA, Pasadena and the rest of LA County. In 2019, Lois ranked as the #1 SBA lender in LA North and Top 5 in California for Chase Bank’s SBA loan production. Lois specializes in owner occupied real estate financing, business loans, business lines of credit, business credit cards, merchant services, treasury services and business deposits.
Lois started her banking career at the Philippine National Bank in Escolta, Manila working in the Investment Banking Group and Corporate Banking Group providing financing to top 1,000 corporations in the Philippines. She migrated to Los Angeles in 2002 and had a stint in residential home lending for 5 years before the economic downturn. This paved the way for her to get back commercial credit analysis in an Asian regional bank.
Lois is very passionate about helping small businesses especially owned by minority groups and women to achieve their financial success.
Lois is currently the Vice President for the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce Greater Los Angeles, faccgla.org. She led the organization’s successful membership campaign in 2019 as VP for Membership and will continue to lead its well-attended monthly mixers as VP for Events in 2020-21. In addition, she is a Founding Board Member and VP for Business Development for the Coalition of Filipino American Chambers of Commerce.
Lois, oldest of four siblings, was born in Manila with family roots from Tanauan, Batangas and Penaranda, Nueva Ecija. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree Major in Economics at the University of Santo Tomas and completed her MBA at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
Lois loves to dance and likes to do yoga, Pilates, indoor cycling, as well as watching movies with her husband Jeff.
