KATHERINE F. BERCASIO is a multi-awarded art director and graphic designer based in Los Angeles. Apart from her regular day job, she has amassed a wide client base of different genres and industries. Owing to her background as a hall-of-famer college instructor in De La Salle College of Saint Benilde for Multi Media Arts, she successfully penetrated the US market and have changed the landscape of the graphic design industry.
Katherine or Irene as friends call her is a founding Board Member for Fil-Am Chamber of Commerce- Hollywood (FACCHO) and serving her 3nd term as Board Member of Fil-Am Chamber of Commerce Southbay Los Angeles Area.
Prior to migrating to US, Katherine’s graphic design works have left an indelible imprint across the globe. She art directed the Philippine editions of Cosmopolitan and Maxim magazines. In between, she had a two-year stint as Art Director for MediaCorp in Singapore handling international magazine titles like EGM (Electronic Gaming Monthly) and Singapore’s Tourism Departments’ Visual communication materials, among others. Katherine developed a teaching passion as a faculty member where she authored graphic design textbooks and pioneered course-wares for the department she served for six years.
