Ellen Bolus-Edmonds is a Certified Professional Coach, a Growthwheel-Certified Business Advisor and an Energy
Leadership Index Master Practitioner.
She currently works with the City of Portland’s economic development agency – Prosper Portland, charged with the Small Business Stabilization Program. With over 25 years of executive management experience in the supply chain management industry, Ellen has been exposed to a multitude of cultures as she traveled globally for work. An integrator & networker by default, she has been a 4-time COO and Vice-President for publicly-traded companies driving sales teams to achieve revenue targets of over $200M annually.
Since she has moved her professional base to the US in 2019, Ellen has been actively participating in the non-profit world helping in community engagement towards building generational wealth. She was the Executive Director of The Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Oregon (PACCO) and has been instrumental in the successful implementation of state-funded grants helping over 200 small business survive and some thrive through the pandemic.
Ellen is also involved in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion realm. She is an active consultant with the Oregon Multifamily Energy Program Coalition. Promoting generational wealth building and progressing from statewide to nationwide scope, she now serves as a corporate officer of the Coalition of Filipino-American Chambers of Commerce (COFACC) and Executive Director for its 501c3 partner : the Filipino-American Chambers of Commerce Foundation Inc. (FACCFI).
Ellen co-owns 3 businesses with her husband in the fields of business coaching, solar energy marketing & merchant services. Being a small business owner herself, she is deeply passionate in assisting community members thrive so that together, we can make the lives of the next generation better than ours!
