Roselyn Arciaga is a dedicated healthcare professional, community leader, and retired registered nurse (RN) with 28 1/2 years serving for LA County Dept. of Health Services with a distinguished career in both the military and healthcare sectors.
She has been a dedicated member of the FACCGLA (Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Los Angeles) Board of Directors since 2020 – present. With her dedication to fostering community engagement and business development, she made significant contributions to the chamber’s initiatives. She has played an instrumental role in assisting with the development and growth of FACC Greater Pasadena
to promote the chamber’s mission and vision.
Throughout her nursing career, Arciaga was recognized for her commitment to health excellence. In November 2022, she was honored with a Health Excellence Award from Health E Charity for her outstanding contributions to the field Joel is of healthcare particularly following the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
In addition to her work with-FACC GLA Arciaga is currently serving as an Executive Board Member and Community Outreach Chair for the Philippine Nurses Association of Southern California (PNASC). In this role, she continues to champion the advancement of nursing professionals and provides essential support to the local Filipino-American community.
Arciaga is also a proud graduate of the Leadership classes : Notably, Roselyn topped the BCMC 2023 (Business Chamber Management Course) of COFACC (Coalition of Filipino American Chambers of Commerce) and was awarded first place.
She completed iLDP course through PNASC, which equipped her with invaluable leadership skills that she continues to apply in her volunteer work and professional endeavors.
Her military service as a Captain in the US Army Reserves further exemplifies her dedication to service. Assigned to the 6252nd US Army Hospital in Ventura, CA, she was activated during the Desert Storm conflict, showcasing her steadfast commitment to her country and community.
Arciaga’s career reflects a strong passion for healthcare, leadership, and community engagement. She continues to be an advocate for the Filipino-American community and a role model for aspiring community leaders and healthcare professionals.
