Glenn Casil ~ born & raised on Maui, Hawaii ~ is the Director of Operations at the Westin Nanea Ocean Villas resort, Marriott Vacations Worldwide. He has been in the hospitality industry for more than 30 years.
Prior to his hotelier career, Glenn earned his Associate Degree at the University of Hawai’i Maui College, and a Bachelor degree for Business Management at the University of Hawai’i Manoa. Throughout his hospitality career, Glenn has continually mentored leaders & inspired students alike in business & class settings, and he serves on numerous brand & training councils within the organization.
Glenn was a 2021 Gintong Pamana Leadership Award recipient for his contributions to community & company; he now proudly serves as the 2023 Vice President for the Maui Filipino Chamber of Commerce.
