Teejay Sunglao is an active duty U.S. Navy Aviation Structural Mechanic with 18 years of service and the co-founder and CEO of PhlebCARE Mobile Lab & DNA Solutions, a San Diego-based company providing mobile blood draws, DNA testing, and diagnostic support services. He currently serves as Co-Chair of the Veterans Chamber of Commerce San Diego (VCCSD) and Vice President of the North County Region in the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce Greater San Diego (FACC GSD). A proud veteran and community leader, Teejay is passionate about expanding access to healthcare, supporting fellow veteran entrepreneurs, and empowering the next generation through education and workforce development in the medical field.

Dyna R. Jones is the Founder and CEO of multiple purpose-driven organizations dedicated to elevating senior care and empowering entrepreneurs. Born on December 25, 1971, Dyna leads Heart to Serve Institute, an approved healthcare training school committed to equipping future caregivers with the skills, knowledge, and compassion to serve their communities. I represent Heart to Serve Institute in the Filipino-American Chamber of Commerce- Greater San Diego as the Vice President, advocating for workforce development and entrepreneurship within the Filipino-American community.
Dyna also founded Bliss Care Foundation, a nonprofit delivering free, compassionate caregiving services and essential support to low-income seniors living in mobile home parks and subsidized housing. Her commitment to dignified senior care inspired her to establish First Promise Care Services, a licensed in-home caregiving agency serving San Diego County with excellence and heart.
Through DRJ Consulting Solutions, Dyna mentors and guides aspiring business owners to launch and grow sustainable enterprises in the healthcare sector. Her leadership is defined by faith, resilience, and a vision to create lasting social impact.
